Open Call: S+T+ARTS Aqua Motion Artistic Residencies

The S+T+ARTS Aqua Motion project invites artists across disciplines to apply for 25 fully funded artistic residencies exploring Europe’s most urgent water-related challenges. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experts from science, technology, and local communities to address topics such as water scarcity, pollution, biodiversity loss, and the climate crisis.

Each residency offers up to €40,000 for artist fees, production, and participation in major public events and exhibitions across Europe.
